This message can be displayed without there being an issue with AutoSSL. Generally speaking these kinds of third party scan tools are looking at a variety of services on your server like Apache, SMTP, IMAP/POP, cPanel, etc to determine what ciphers (TLS/SSL versions) are being used. Although we do not have a guide, you can learn more by visiting cPanel’s Documentation on Cipher Suites. Then you can apply these to your server as you see fit, through WHM with root access. However, you should consider that changing these kinds of settings can cause older software and other various services to not be able to communicate with your server. In this case, it is recommended you proceed with caution and make backups of your system.
