  • I have followed all the steps for creating my new POP3 email account on Outlook 2007 and have double checked the ports as 110 and 587. Everything else that needs to be off is unchecked, domain name spelling is good and user name is full email address. When testing the account I get the following error messages:

    Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Cannot find the e-mail server. Verify the server information in your account properties.

    Send test e-mail message: Cannot find the e-mail server. Verify the server information in your account properties.

    Please advise what could be causing the trouble.

      Sorry for the problem with setting up your Outlook 2007 account. In order for us to troubleshoot the issue we need more information. What domain are you using? What settings have you added?
