The certificates should auto-renew by default. But, you can manage AutoSSL certificates directly in WHM, including checking and renewing them.

However, despite the AutoSSL being setup on my sites, there are some instances where an SSL certificate expires without my knowledge. This marks the website as “unsecured” and I don’t usually notice until I receive a call from a client. Is there a way to prevent this from happening in the first place or at least receive notifications before a SSL is going to expire?

Enabling auto-SSL should automatically take over when your current SSL expires. However, I’d advise checking in with our Live Support prior to expiration to make sure there is a smooth transition.

The free AutoSSL should renew automatically. You’ll need to pay to renew the paid SSL.

The SSL checker tool can help you verify if an SSL is installed successfully. Also, the Why No Padlock tool will tell you why your site is not secured.

You can securely access webmail over port 2096 with the following link:
example.com:2096 (be sure to replace example.com with your actual domain name)

Thank you,
John-Paul

If you’re seeing that, then not everything on your website is secure. You would need to fine any URLs that are being used on your page and change them to use the secure URL. In the case of any graphics or scripts referenced outside of your site, you would either need to have a secure URL for those items, or move them to your site so that you can use an HTTPS URL for them. If you need help finding why your site is not secure you can use this free service: Why No Padlock? It will show you what’s not secure on your page. If you require help with your website code, then you may need to speak with an experienced website developer.

I get similar result with Google Chrome, the message says: Your Connection to This Site is Not Fully Secure.

How do I reolve this?
